The Marine Buildings in Penarth is a notable landmark, reflecting the town’s historic charm and seaside character. Built in the late 19th century, the building was designed to accommodate both residential and commercial needs as Penarth grew as a popular coastal resort. Positioned close to the seafront, the building’s elegant structures capture the essence, with features that celebrate the town’s maritime heritage. Today, I bring back the actual usage of the building with modern features to show off its history and be sustainable as well.
